By installing or using any app published by ArgusApps (each an “App”, collectively the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms.
ArgusApps are provided to you free of charge by ArgusApps (“we”, “us”). Each App processes your content on your device and provides optional rewarded video ads and an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. There is no subscription.
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use each App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Each App may offer a lifetime ad-removal in-app purchase as a one-time payment that removes rewarded-ad gates on the purchasing device. The purchase is processed by Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy (typically 48 hours from purchase, https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). Purchases are per-app - buying ad-removal in one App does not unlock other Apps.
The entitlement is tied to the Google account that purchased it and to the device(s) that Google Play recognizes. If you change device or account, use the “Restore purchase” function in Settings. We cannot reissue entitlement; this is enforced by Google Play.
Some premium features are gated behind an optional rewarded video advertisement served by Google AdMob. Examples include high-resolution export, watermark removal, advanced editing tools, and extended processing capabilities. The specific gated features vary by App. You may decline at any time and skip the gated action.
We do not guarantee ad availability. If no ad is currently available, the gated action remains gated until inventory returns. Buying the lifetime IAP for that App is the supported workaround.
Each App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of processing results, or non-infringement. You use each App at your own risk.
Processing quality varies by input quality. OCR accuracy depends on document quality, lighting, and resolution. Photo editing and background removal results depend on image complexity and subject contrast. We do not warrant any specific level of accuracy for on-device processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of any App. Our total liability per App is limited to the price you paid for any in-app purchase in that App, or GBP 0 if you did not pay anything.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using any App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms when we add features or change policy. Material changes will be flagged in the in-app About screen. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may have additional rights under their local consumer-protection laws.
